IE Master Trade — Investment Terms & Conditions

All new and existing investors are hereby informed that participation in IE Master Trade requires reading and fully agreeing to the following guidelines and terms before enrolling and thereafter.

1. Investment Conditions

1.1 There is no age restriction for participating in IE Master Trade.

1.2 The minimum investment amount is PKR 100,000, while the maximum investment amount can go up to PKR 14,000,000.

1.3 The investment amount will be calculated based on the prevailing USD market rate.

1.4 Investments can be made during office hours, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

2. Profit & Withdrawal Details

  • Investments earn 10% monthly profit, based on the profit period. A 10% withdrawal fee applies. Profit will be received within 30 days.
  • Withdrawal requests take 15–20 days to be transferred to your provided bank account. For example, if you make your investment on April 10, your withdrawal date will be May 10. If you submit a withdrawal request on that date, your profit for the next 15–20 days will be processed accordingly.
  • If you do not withdraw on your due date, then whenever you next submit a withdrawal request, that new date will be used as the reference point, and your profit will be calculated based on the following 15–20 day cycle from that date.

3. In the Event of Investment Loss

If the company incurs a loss, until it recovers and stabilizes, the investor's capital will not be refunded, regardless of the reason, and the investor will not be able to withdraw from participation. The determination of profit or loss will be made at the company's discretion. As an investor, you agree to accept and be bound by all decisions made by the company.

4. Legal Terms & Restrictions

4.1 If any individual attempts to damage the platform's reputation or credibility, legal action will be taken against that person, and their investment account will be permanently frozen/seized.

4.2 If any individual:

  • Spreads false or misleading information,
  • Creates WhatsApp groups to spread rumors, or
  • Attempts to contact any member without authorization,

then their investment account will be permanently blocked.

4.3 The platform reserves the right, in accordance with policy, to take the following actions where applicable:

  • Remove the investor from the WhatsApp group.
  • Permanently block their account.
  • Once removed from the platform, there is no possibility of re-enrollment.

4.4 Since investments and profits are calculated and received in US Dollars, if the company's stability is affected during or after any crisis, an investor's withdrawal will be processed based on the exchange rate applicable at that time. A 10% deduction (minus) will be applied to the capital amount, and the remaining balance will be transferred to the investor's account in the following Returning Month.

Note: Since you have voluntarily chosen to join the platform, if for any reason you experience a delay in profit or a loss, you have the right to withdraw your investment or capital at any time. In such a case, your account will become inactive/dormant, and both profit accrual and your investment will be paused/stopped.

5. Required Documents

To secure and verify your investment, the following documents are mandatory:

  • ID Card (clear photos of both sides)
  • One passport-size photo
  • IBAN number (from a microfinance bank or any other authentic bank)
  • Email address and mobile number

These documents must be provided after becoming part of the platform. Therefore, please provide complete and accurate information during enrollment and carefully read all policies before signing, as your account will be activated once you sign.

Agreement of Enrollment

I hereby confirm that I have read the complete Terms & Conditions of IE Master Trade, understood them fully, and am investing voluntarily in my personal interest. I respect the platform's principles and agree to abide by them. If there is any change to the policy, I agree to accept it. In the event of a loss, I agree to bear my 50% share as a stakeholder/shareholder and will not take, nor do I have the right to take, any legal action against the company or its owners.
